Michigan Lily turns heads with its large, bright orange flowers that nod elegantly toward the ground from the tops of long, upright and unbranched stems. These showy blooms feature unique petals that curve dramatically backwards such that their tips near the base of the flower, showcasing alluring dark spots and long, protruding stamens. Elliptic leaves sprout in attractive, tiered whorls along the length of the stem. Established plants can have up to 6 flowers atop each stem. Attracts hummingbirds, sphinx moths and a great number of butterflies
