Red Stem's native plant store is Open!— Online orders are available for pick up or local delivery. We have a wide selection of native wildflowers and grasses available for purchase, just waiting to find a home in that perfect spot in your garden. Take advantage of this opportunity to pick and choose the perfect plants to enrich your outdoor space!

How this works:

1. 1. 1. Look over our inventory of available plants here. 
      2. Place your order online.
      3. Pay for your plants online.
      4. We’ll send a ready for pickup message when your order is ready.
      5. Make an appointment to pick your plants up.
      6. Stop by our shop in Avondale, Chicago, IL for your contactless pickup or sign-up for local delivery.
      7. Plant!

Plant Pick-up Days:

Monday- Friday: 9am-3pm. With an appointment.
When you arrive, please call or text us at 773-454-4800 to let us know you are here.

Due to very limited availability, we cannot guarantee you can receive your plants without an appointment.

Deliveries:

Local delivery is available every Thursday with a $100 minimum order. Pricing is based on distance from our nursery, with a maximum delivery range of 20 miles. Orders of $250 or more qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Fees:

•0-5 miles: $15

•5-10 miles: $20

•10-15 miles: $25

•15-20 miles: $30
