In early summer Sand Coreopsis erupts in a profusion of bright yellow, daisy-like flowers that each rise singly from the top of 2ft stems and bloom for weeks on end. It attracts a multitude of pollinators early-to-mid season, followed by songbirds that come to eat its seeds through the fall. When planted in a sunny, well-drained area it will readily self-seed to produce a lush, showy colony. Drought tolerant and resistant to both deer and rabbits.
