Conoclinium coelestinum-Mistflower

Mistflower delights in late summer and fall with airy clusters of purple-blue flowers atop lush light green foliage. These fuzzy blooms attract an array of beneficial insects and the foliage plays host to numerous species of native moths. This plant is hardy, adaptable, and can spread vigorously via rhizome and seed so be prepared to thin the colony when space is limited. Resistant to deer and rabbit grazing.
